TipDrive Privacy Policy
TipDrive keyboard for Android · Effective October 20, 2026
- The TipDrive app collects no personal data. It has no accounts, analytics, advertising or tracking.
- TipDrive does not log keystrokes and does not scrape data from other apps.
- The app does not request Android’s internet permission. Its only permission is the microphone, used only if you turn on dictation.
- Your saved shortcuts and settings stay on your phone.
Who we are
TipDrive is made by HoosierFlow Automated Systems LLC, an Indiana limited liability company (“we”, “us”). This policy covers the TipDrive keyboard app for Android and the support we provide for it.
What the app does with what you type
Like every keyboard, TipDrive handles the characters you type so it can place them in the text field you are using. That text goes only into that field. TipDrive does not record, store, upload or share it. Message previews and the Clear/Undo safety check work with the current draft only while you are typing; drafts are not saved by TipDrive.
TipDrive does not read your conversations, contacts, location, delivery-app accounts or orders, and it does not connect to any delivery or rideshare platform.
What is stored on your phone
The ten message shortcuts you edit, your theme and your keyboard size are saved on your device so the keyboard can show them. They are never sent to us. Android backup is turned off for TipDrive, so this data is not copied to cloud backups. Uninstalling the app or clearing its storage deletes it. Sticker images are saved to your photos only when you choose “Save image”.
Dictation (optional)
If you tap the microphone, TipDrive asks for microphone permission and uses the speech recognition service built into your phone (for example, Google’s). That service, not TipDrive, processes the audio and may do so online under its own privacy policy. TipDrive receives only the recognized text, puts it in your draft for review, and does not keep audio or transcripts.
Purchases
TipDrive is a one-time paid app sold through Google Play. Google processes the payment. We never receive your card details. Google gives developers standard order records, such as an order number, and we use them only for accounting and to answer purchase questions. Refunds are handled through Google Play.
When you contact support
If you email tipdrive-support@hoosierflowautomatedsystems.com, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to write. We use it only to answer you, keep it no longer than needed for that, and delete it on request. Please do not send passwords, payment details or your customers’ private messages.
Sharing
We do not sell, rent or share personal data. The app has no third-party SDKs for advertising or analytics.
Children
TipDrive is a work tool for adult delivery drivers and is not directed to children.
Your choices
You can switch to another keyboard at any time, deny or revoke microphone permission in Android settings, and delete all TipDrive data by uninstalling the app. To ask about or delete support emails, write to us at the address below.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update it on this page and change the effective date above.
